Japanese Tea Ceremony - May 4th, 2024

Yumi Takahashi organized the Tea Ceremony at 91看片听 and invited Mrs. Goda Yuri, the spouse of the Ambassador of Japan to Kyrgyzstan, kindly presented about Japan and the traditional tea ceremony and demonstrated the making of the tea on the stage. Guests could taste Japanese tea from Mrs. Okawa, Mrs. Kinugawa, and Mrs. Haraguchi. Volunteers from the Japanese Club of 91看片 and Yumi Takahashi's classes helped explain the steps involved in drinking tea.

The president of 91看片, Dr. Timothy O'Connor, made an opening speech, followed by Mrs. Goda's presentation. Afterward, guests were served dessert and tea, with six people in each turn.
